RPM is a full service property management company serving Big Sky property owners since 1980. With this experience, we have put together a Top Notch Service Plan for owners. We will be happy to give you names of owners/clients for a reference check. In the meantime, please take a minute to review our services. NOTE: We are currently looking for additional properties to add to our rental inventory. We now offer services to NON-rental properties.

1. RPM provides professional marketing, advertising and web support:

  • Each house or condominium complex has a unique page on rpmbigsky.com describing the property, amenities and rates. Mountain and Meadow property pages are the most visited pages within the site, reaching a combined audience of 2,500 visits/month.*
  • Rpmbigsky.com has been completely redesigned in 2008 providing online booking. We are committed to providing the best possible web site for our owners and continue to revise the site on an ongoing basis. We now offer a “featured listing” on the site and properties will be highlighted during the year in that space. 

• Every page of Rpmbigsky.com is optimized for a variety of key words. RPM’s site is organically optimized and often we do Pay-per-click campaigns to boost our rankings during off peak times. We monitor this activity with printed ranking reports.
  • Rpmbigsky.com is listed on many paid web sites and as many free web sites as appropriate.
  • National, regional and local press coverage through RPM’s national press efforts. We work with a professional marketing firm, who provides PR coverage. Recently, RPM has received coverage in Travel World News, Skisnowboard, National Geographic A-List, Newsday, About.com and Big Sky Weekly. View our entire press coverage here.
  • Marketing consultant, Benoit Associates, provides creative print ad solutions, web and online strategy, directory listings, direct mail and e-marketing strategy for RPM.
  • E-marketing newsletters and Special Coupons go out to our e-mail list regularly. RPM’s Big Sky Letter has been redesigned in 2008. Visitors can sign up for specials and the e-list on the web site; currently RPM has 2,000 e-mail addresses. We can provide results through Constant Contact’s reports.
  • RPM cross sells its services to all River Rock Lodge guests through a rack card located on the front desk. Rack cards are also distributed through Big Sky Chamber, West Yellowstone Chamber and Bozeman Chamber, and are part of the guest check-in package handed to each guest. Again free advertising for you.
  • RPM, in conjunction with Benoit Associates and our PR efforts, create exciting pack-ages to boost sales for your property. Packages are used to create a PR buzz and are geared toward nightly vacation rentals or extended stays with a theme. Guys Get-away or Family Fishing Reunion are a few examples. We also partner with local vendors to provide added-value to our guests.

2. RPM provides 24/7 personal service:

  • Using River Rock Lodge for guest services allows RPM to provide 24/7 personal, check-in service to your guests, winter & summer. We greet each guest with a Welcome Packet and Bag, giving them the key to your property, reviewing the area with directions and maps and answering any questions they may have.
  • RPM offers 24/7 emergency maintenance service, year round, which is invaluable during freezing temperatures. We monitor each house for freezing pipes regularly.
  • RPM goes the extra mile. We supply linens (sheets & towels) to every home. In addition, we provide
  • Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, trash can liners, coffee filters)
  • Soap products (dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, bar soaps
  • Miscellaneous- fire starter, hangers
  • RPM provides housekeeping, laundry service, maintenance, repairs and routine security checks when the property is unoccupied.

3. RPM provides owner amenities:
 
• RPM’s full time accountant, Johanna Desrocher, prepares Monthly Statements, Annual Income & Expense Summaries, and provides a bill paying service.

  • When available, RPM offers owners discount golf passes, ski passes and other amenities.
