LOCATION:
Resort Property Management (RPM) is located at River Rock Lodge, right in the middle of the Meadow Village area of Big Sky. From Interstate 191 south, take a right at the blinking light (Spur Road) onto Lone Peak Road, go about two miles and take a left at the Westfork Meadow sign.  River Rock Lodge is on the left side.

DESCRIPTION:
Resort Property Management is a premier year-round vacation rental company,

locally owned and operated by long-time Big Sky residents, Tim & Sally Ryan.

RPM represents high quality vacation rentals, including private homes and condominiums in Big Sky, beautiful log cabins with ski-in, ski-out options. The RPM hospitality team provides friendly, personal, 24-hour guest service that is attentive and accommodating.

RPM offers a special collection of private rental vacation homes and condominiums, ski-in, ski-out homes as well as the intimate, 29-room River Rock Lodge (all of which are located in Big Sky’s mountainside and meadow areas), The company’s homes are truly a special place for a family vacation, reunion, couple’s getaway, or corporate retreat.  Local staff  know all the best things to see and experience in the area.

The Meadow Village — green and lush in the spring, snowy and crisp in the winter — is perfect for skiers and hikers. There are a variety of restaurants on the mountain and in the meadow village. All rental properties have a fully-equipped kitchen and RPM staff can make restaurant reservations or recommendations.

MEETINGS & EVENTS FACILITIES:
Many of the houses or condos can be used for small meetings. Houses can be rented in the same condo development or in the same location.

Winter
Downhill skiing at Big Sky Resort and Moonlight Basin, the largest ski terrain in the United States, x-country skiing at Lone Mountain Ranch, an Orvis facility; sleigh rides, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, snowcoach tours of Yellowstone National Park.

Summer
Golf, tennis, hiking, birding, tours of Yellowstone Park, horse trail rides, fly fishing, kayaking, whitewater rafting.
