Deposit & Cancellation Policy- for RPM Condos & Homes
A 25% deposit is due at booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposits are fully refundable for reservations canceled 30 or more days prior to arrival. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival forfeit the full payment, unless we are able to rebook the property.
For Christmas reservations- a 25% deposit is due at booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Deposits are fully refundable for reservations canceled 60 or more days prior to arrival. When a cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival, and the reservation has been paid in full, no refund will be made unless we are able to rebook that property.
For reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is due upon booking.
