Rates are based on number of guests per room. All reservations are charged 16% taxes and surcharge.
A 25% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
Deposits are non-refundable for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment is due upon arrival. For Christmas reservations only, full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival, and there is no refund for cancellations made less than 30 days from arrival, unless we can re-book your room.
